Delete my data
Use this page to ask CardCraft to erase your account and invitation data. This is a request we action after we confirm it is you — not an instant public switch.

What we delete
You do not need to ask for this: every card is deleted automatically 30 days after its last ceremony.
When we accept a request we remove your account and invitation drafts, and revoke guest links so they no longer open. Your orders page will no longer show those purchases. Payment records may be retained where legally required.
What we may still hold
Razorpay and banks can keep payment records that Indian tax and dispute rules require. We may keep a minimal note that a deletion was carried out. We cannot erase a social-preview image already cached inside someone else’s messaging app, but the CardCraft page and image endpoint will stop serving it.
How long it takes
We aim to finish within 30 days of a valid request. If we need more information, we will write to the email you give below. You can also email hello@cardcraft.date with the subject “Delete my data” and your order reference.
